Hatte 2 Teile (Stoßstangen vorne und hinten) aus Versehen mit bestellt, die ich aber schon von wo anders her hatte, aber der Verkäufer war sehr kommunikativ und hilfreich; ich konnte diese per Message stornieren und erhielt einen Preisnachlass in dieser Höhe für eine weitere Bestellung, die noch unterwegs ist - Klasse Service!
